At Simply Latina, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship all orders within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but typically take 3-5 business days for delivery within the US.
At Simply Latina, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
We accept returns for items that are in their original condition and packaging. Any products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed once the product has been received and inspected by our team.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
